All private suites are furnished with a standard furniture package to cater for the size and capacity of your group. Tailored packages or additional furniture including lounges, televisions, lighting, speaker systems and alternative furniture options for hire are available upon request.

Tailored catering and beverage packages, including staff, are provided in selected hospitality suites. Additions and alterations to your menu can be arranged if desired.

Memorabilia

Give your clients and guests a gift that will continue beyond the duration of the Darwin Triple Crown V8 Supercars. Liaise with our official merchandiser, Brand It, to co-brand event shirts, caps and memorabilia with your company logo and event logos.

Alternatively, we can arrange vouchers for your guests to redeem at Brand It’s outlet in Merchandise Alley so they can select from the range of Hidden Valley branded apparel and novelty items.
